If your item does not meet your expectation we have a very simple exchange or returns process.

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the original packaging slip.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour way, please make a clear note on the delivery slip and we will send a replacement 1st class recorded delivery via Royal Mail, once we have received your return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, your account will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
