Our story begins with a deep love for fashion and a constant sense of frustration. Two close friends grew increasingly dissatisfied with their inability to find the perfect trainers that met their expectations. Opening box after box, we felt a familiar disappointment—what we found inside was merely satisfactory, but far from exceptional.

Driven by a shared vision, we embarked on a journey to create our own trainers, catering specifically to individuals like ourselves who refuse to settle for anything less. The fundamental design principle was elegantly simple: function should always guide form. Every meticulous detail, both inside and outside each pair of shoes, was crafted with purpose, devoid of mere superficiality.

This principle stemmed from the place where we found common ground and decided to pursue our passion: Finland. The influence of the happiest nation on Earth permeated our designs, reflected with minimalist aesthetics and carefully curated colour palette’s.

So, it only seemed fitting to name our brand "fin." Following our true passion and establishing an independent label transformed our lives entirely.
